Cascara is the husk of the coffee cherry, collected after the coffee beans have been de-pulped from the cherries and dried under the sun. It is perfectly enjoyed as hot tea or iced tea. Cascara tea does not have the same caffeine content as coffee.

Brewing Suggestions:
Steep 12g of cascara loose tea in hot water for 12-15 seconds. Discard the first brew. Steep again in 250ml hot water for 8 to 9 minutes. Add ice or sugar syrup as desired and serve
